Digitised version of PP/CNE/A/3/3 with each page scanned as an individual PDF file, apart from the introductory document which is a single PDF file comprising three pages. The title has been transcribed from the physical CD.

It is a compilation of mounted photographs with some sketches by Newman and some published drawings. It is prefaced with a document headed "Collection of photographs demonstrating patterns of Congenital Limb Reduction Defects (CLRDs) arising from maternal thalidomide exposure (Leon Gillis Unit Queen Mary's Hospital Roehampton 1969-1995" and dated July 2011. The original photographs date from the 1950s to 1990s and were compiled in 2011.
