The chest is identified as Costanza's tomb in the lettering to Piranesi's tav. 24. Bones are here visible inside it. Details of the front includes reliefs carved in the form of three winged putti (described by Piranesi as "genii") trampling grapes and surrounded by curling vines. Left, a marble candelabra carved with three similar putti
