Crystals of a DNA repair protein

Crystals of the DNA repair protein Uracil DNA Glycosylase from Herpes simplex 1 bound to DNA. The crystals are grown in very small drops (approximatetly 1 microlitre) from very pure preparations so their structure can be determined by X-ray crystallography.
