Backache is one of the fastest growing disabilities and this educational video looks at some of the new research which is being carried out into the causes. The programme looks at some of the work being done at Bristol University and at The Pain Centre in Machester. It gives advice on dealing with backache, such as exercise, good posture patterns and pain management to replace the old advice of resting the back.
