Hog fennel is also known as Master wort
Peucedanum ostruthium = (Imperatoria ostruthium) = (Selenium ostruthium)
An alcoholic extract of hog fennel is used to treat stomach upsets, the roots were used for bronchial catarrh and the leaves to flavour cheese
