    CASE I. Mrs. Farthing, aged about 30, had been for the last four years troubled with a very large ulcer, entirely covering the calf of the right leg, with several smaller ones on the leg and ankle; she suffered extremely from the pain and tenderness of the parts; had been under the care of several physicians without relief, and had entirely despaired of ever get- ting cured, when she was informed of the Pa- nacea, which she resolved to try as a last re- sort, but almost without hopes of receiving any benefit from it. After having employed it for less than four weeks, all the ulcers were perfectly healed, and still remain so.
