    Among other gifts may be mentioned a legacy of ;£ioo from the late Miss Pritchard, of Brynhyfryd, Beaumaris; gifts from Miss F. Moseley (per Mrs. Chadwick) of rubber covering for the upstairs corri¬ dor, and from Mr. Fred Dargie of a ward dressing trolley, while Mrs. S. T. Chadwick, Mrs. F. W. Hayes, Miss Bickersteth, Lady Williams, Mr. Ivor Pryce and Mr. Emyr Humphreys each bore the cost of a new cot with fittings for the children’s ward. Mention should also be made of the much appreciated kindness of Mrs. Bowen Roberts, Llansadwrn, and Dr. Lloyd Williams, Bangor, in taking members of the Nursing Staff for long motor runs on several occasions during the Summer. The Port Dinorwic War Memorial Committee very kindly made a suggestion that ^'500 should be vested in the Trustees of the Infirmary, the interest on such sum to be expended in securing treatment for patients from Port Dinorwic. This was agreed to and a tablet recording the gift has been erected in the Hospital. The late General Sir Owen Thomas Memorial Committee made a gife of ^300 towards supporting a bed for the treatment of Anglesey Ex-Service Men, and a tablet recording this gift will also shortly be erected in the Hospital. The Committee of the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show held at Bangor gave a donation of ^100 out of their surplus funds, and this amount at their request has been duly invested. A donation of ^132 was also received from the Committee of the Pwllheli Royal Welsh National Eisteddfod towards the maintenance of the Hospital. The Committee desire, as in former years, to record their apprecia¬ tion of the great services rendered to the Hospital by its Hon. Medical Staff and its permanent Staff and warm thanks to the numerous Hospital Aid Committees and helpers in the two Counties who, through their valuable efforts, have contributed so generously towards the maintenance of the Infirmary. The Committee also express their deep sense of gratitude to the Marquess of Anglesey for his continued influential and personal interest and help in the progress of the Hospital as Chairman of the Finance Committee and also member of the House Committee.
