The sleeve gives the reference number as "TC/C/4". The second tape's sleeve gives the location(?) as R.N.O.H.

The first tape contains only a partial recording of Dr Hewitt's lecture, side two is a lecture given by a Dr Burns on muscles and blood vessels in the cervical spine.
