"Approximately 250 copies of this book have been printed, of which 200 are for sale... The printing was done at Firefly Press, Somerville, Massachusetts.... The marbled samples and cover paper were made by Richard J. Wolfe. The guilded samples were struck at the Harcourt Bindery, Boston ... The edition was cased-in and bound by Mr. Wolfe, and each copy is signed by him."
