Description

Dr. Mark Porter investigates the leading issues in sexual health today. Sexually transmitted infections are increasing in Britain at the moment. The programme focuses in particular on Chlamydia and HPV (human papilloma virus). Chlamydia can be a major cause of female infertility, while HPV is a principal cause of cancer of the cervix. The programme also looks at two new versions of the drug Viagra - Levitra and Cialis; and a new version of the morning-after pill, Levonelle.
