Soon after that; my friend Dr. John Hunter fhewed. mé another Cafe of the fame complaint fucceff= fully treated after the fame method, which I begged acopy of, and have infested in its proper place; and not long after this thé Third Cafe occurred, which I have given ds diftin&: an account of as circumftances would allow. But the child being nurfed ‘in the country, and only brought to town occalionally, fora freth fupply of medicines, the account is not fo circumitantial and ac- curate as I could have wifhed: However; I am perfuaded, that from the account as it now ftands, no phyfical perfon, who is ac- quainted with the Aydrocephalus Internus;s will make any doubt that the cafe there ftated belongs to that clafs; and as there was no other medicine exhibited befides the ca= lomel, it affords a very ftrong inftance of the efficacy of that remedy in that particular complaint. , I have added a Short General Account of the Dilpenfary for the Infant Poor, to give an opportunity of introducing feveral a complaints /
