Antibodies to Streptococcus mutans on teeth

A solution of antibodies to Streptococcus mutans being applied to lower (left) and upper (right) teeth. After all the bacteria on the teeth have been removed with a chlorhexidene mouthwash, the antibodies are applied and prevent the return of the decay causing Streptococcus mutans for many months.
