Fig. 4.- A central incision; b, side incision through the aponeurosis muscle and peritoneum; c, side incision with one segment of the uterus drawn through. Fig. 5.- Both segments of uterus drawn through lateral incisions, and ready to be sutured together. Fig. 6.- Uterus sewed over the united aponeurosis and muscle.
