Notes

Collection of 23 broadsides covering the weekly bills of mortality for London between 14 July 1603 and 22 December 1603. First broadside has title "Buried in London and in the places neere adioyning ...", the second through seventh broadsides have the title "Buried in London and in the seuerall places neere adioyning ...", and the eighth through twenty-third broadsides have the title "The true copie of all the burials and christnings as well within the citie of London as the liberties thereof, as in other parishes in the skirts of the citie and out of the freedome, according to the report made to the Kings most excellent Maiestie by the Companie of Parish Clerkes of the said citie ..."
Date of imprint suggested by STC (2nd ed.).
There are variations in settings between the two copies (see STC 2nd ed. v. 2, p. 112); leaf no. 8 (1-8 Sept, 1603) has imprint: Printed at London by Felix Kingston.
Copy at reel 2313:5b bound and filmed following 16739.7 and preceding 16743.10.
Imperfect: copy at reel 1820:13 cropped, with slight loss of print; both copies faded in places, with loss of text.
