Updated version of a 2006 booklet promoting the wholesome nature of Pret A Manger sandwiches etc., produced without "obscure chemicals, additives and preservatives common to so much 'prepared' and 'fast' food", free range, fair trade and organic wherever possible. The range of food has moved towards an increasingly low fat content. A delivery service is also advertised.
