Dhūmāvatī meaning the Smokey One, is the seventh mahāvidyā who represents or personifies the final stage of the destruction of the universe by fire. This is a typical representation of her portrayed as a hideous crone, with a long nose and cruel eyes, carrying a winnowing basket
