About this work

Description

Dr Graham Easton compares the NHS with the health systems of France and USA, with a favourable outcome. We all know about the dirty hospitals and long waiting lists, but the NHS only costs 6% off GDP so it is good value and everyone has access. The French system is extremely expensive for a very quick, high quality service. In the USA about 44 million people are completely uninsured, and the free clinics have quotas. Childhood mortality in USA is highest in the Western world.
