The men carrying the European who sits with arms folded inside the chair, wear pink turbans and bear red and white markings on their faces. A pillared building stands in the background. Further figures with spears and blue turbans carry another sedan chair in the background to the left of the image. Behind, a backdrop of palm trees with hanging coconuts
