Bound, and possibly issued with, eight pages beginning: "Bloomsbury-Square, 20th Oct. 1785. The almost miraculous cures, attending the administration of the vegetable balsam, and its accompanying medicines ... are such loud calls upon the proprietor, to use his utmost endeavours in propagating this wonderful discovery ... that he should deem himself and unworthy member of society, if he withheld any information which might tend to elucidate the importance of this most invaluable discovery of a remedy for consumptions and asthmas". They include further cases, with a colophon: "Printed for the author, Mr. Godbold, Bloomsbury Square; and to be had at his house, where it may be perused gratis by the afflicted, and at every place where the medicines are sold".
