Description

Fragment of a chronicle of the town of Montalbodo: in Italian. The fragment begins with an account of a grain famine in 1504-05 and a drought in 1507. Some leaves are missing, and the next entries date from 1517 to 1528. They include an account of the siege of the town in 1517, a plague in 1527, floods in 1526, a note on the sack of Rome in 1527, and a famine in 1528.

1 volume 11 ll. 8vo. 22 x 141/2 cm. Modern paper covers. Some leaves are wanting after the second leaf: the beginning is missing.
