The system between that of Tycho Brahe and Copernicus. IV. The Copernican system. V. The large central image shows the proportions of the Copernican system. The scale at the bottom measures the distance between our solar system and Sirius as 48.2 times the diameter of the central circle, whose scale is also marked out above the lower scale. VI. The circles, lines and points that divide the Ptolemaic system. VII. Those that divide the Copernican system.
