Typed sheet of instructions from Imperial Chemical Industries Limited, Pharmaceuticals Division, regarding the preparation of a solution of one of its products, together with handwritten notes by G. Morley dated 26 November 1965.

Letter from Alan Bennett at King's College Hospital Medical School, dated 24 January 1967, referring to the paper and making some small points about it including referring Vane to the conclusions of his own recent published paper.

Correpondence between Vane and Professor R.A. Gregory at the University of Liverpool. One letter from Gregory to Vane, dated 21 October 1966, gives detailed comments on the proposed paper on gastrin. A second letter from Vane to Gregory thanks Gregory for his comments and says he will contact the editor of Nature to make the suggested amendments.

Correspondence between Vane and the publisher including; letter from Vane to J. Maddox (editor at Nature) submitting the paper (18 October 1966); letter from Vane with amendments to the paper (25 October 1966); and letter from the journal regarding acceptance of the paper for publication (26 October 1966).
