The file is prefaced with a document headed "Collection of photographs demonstrating patterns of Congenital Limb Reduction Defects (CLRDs) arising from maternal thalidomide exposure (Leon Gillis Unit Queen Mary's Hospital Roehampton 1969-1995" and dated July 2011. The photographs date from the 1950s to 1990s and were compiled in 2011.
