Female achondroplasic dwarf

Black and white, three quarter length photograph, taken from the back, of a female achondroplasic dwarf, 30 years of age, and measuring four feet in height. She was admitted in her second pregnancy, and abortion was procured at the end of the fourth month, the pelvis being generally contracted.
