What you’ll do
Join us to listen to five writers as they read moving and comical personal essays, each focusing on a different body part. All the 15-minute readings will be recorded for later broadcast as part of ‘The Essay’ series on BBC Radio 3.
You can also read these essays in our book, ‘Beneath the Skin: Great Writers on the Body’, which you can buy on the night.
With your ticket you'll get after-hours access to our 'Teeth' exhibition, and Wellcome Café will be open until 19:00 for refreshments before the event.
