What you’ll do

Join Wellcome Collection staff Beth and Sana for a workshop exploring stories and rituals related to food and recipes.

For this workshop you’ll be invited to slow down and engage all your senses. We’ll have spices for you to touch and smell, and images of things from our collections to prompt a conversation around the meals and memories that are important to you.

After the discussion, you’ll create a collaborative artwork by writing your recipes and food memories on a large tablecloth, which you’ll be able to photograph and share with others.

This is a relaxed workshop and there will be a breakout room next to the studio with comfortable seating.
